Essential Services

A Simple, Effective & Proven Process

Phase 1 – Situation Analysis Based on our Guiding Principals

We work with you to understand your vision and metrics for success. We inventory and analyze the gaps, barriers and obstacles along with the pre-conditions for success from both your point of view and the market’s.

Next, we identify how to meet three challenges every company faces when entering the healthcare market:

  • Know the problem you’re really solving.
  • Prove the juice is worth the squeeze.
  • Mobilize the right end user stakeholders to action.

Phase 2 – Strategic Road Map and Right to Win

Next Level Strategies identifies multiple road maps to overcome the gaps, barriers and obstacles – collaboratively we select the one with the best blend of: chance for success, risk mitigation (we call this step “de-risking”), and return on investment.

The result is a sound plan with a well-defined right to win.

Phase 3 – Precise Execution

Implementation includes targeted outreach to healthcare end user C Suite decision makers (clinical and financial) as well as key opinion leaders, influential and regulatory organizations, and the research community. Next Level Strategies can provide turnkey implementation of the road map or coach and mentor your team through every step.
